Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. This timeframe allows us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order with the attention it deserves.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if your order requires special handling, you may experience slight delays. In such cases, we will notify you by email with updated delivery expectations.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by our team after checkout. We strive to keep shipping costs affordable while ensuring safe and timely delivery. You will be notified of shipping costs with the option to proceed with your order, or cancel.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $500.
Orders under $500 will have shipping rates calculated based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Local Delivery or Pickup (if offered): 1–2 business days

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in these estimates. Unexpected carrier delays (e.g., weather, high demand, etc.) may also affect transit times.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status via the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive your tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us directly.

Shipping Issues, Delays & Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your information during checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

In case of delivery delays beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions, weather), we will do our best to support you and keep you informed along the way.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives with visible damage:

  1. Notify us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  2. Provide order number, photos (if damaged), and a brief description of the issue.

  3. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund.
